We meet with you to discuss your project, goals, priorities, and budget. From there, we prepare a free preliminary estimate based on the information available at that stage. Preliminary estimates are typically provided within 48 hours of the consultation.
Whether you are already working with an architect or need assistance developing plans for your project, we can help guide you through the next steps. During this stage, plans and project details are developed or refined to establish a clear direction and prepare the project for pre-construction planning.
Pre-construction planning is where the details of the project come together. We work with you to finalize major material and finish selections, specifications, project scope, and the information necessary to prepare comprehensive final pricing.
Once the plans, material and finish selections, and project scope are ready for final pricing, we complete the estimating process and prepare a detailed Scope & Specification Book, final construction proposal, and construction agreement. This provides a clear understanding of what is included in the project before construction begins.
After the construction agreement is executed and the project is ready to begin, we coordinate scheduling, trades, materials, inspections, and the many moving parts involved in construction. Our team manages the project through completion with an emphasis on communication, organization, quality, and attention to detail.
